Leading With Influence

Understanding how to strategically build influence - with your GC, Board of Directors, and Executive Team - is critical for Deputy GCs looking to level up in their careers. DGCs need to both empower their GCs, but also know when (and how) to advocate with humility. In our first-ever in-person DeputyGC National Summit, we'll tackle how to lead with influence in the most pressing legal, operational, and global challenges of our time.
